How Alabama is tracking FAFSA struggles

Alabama is furthering its push to have more students fill out the FAFSA by signing on with Oracle. The state's higher ed commission selected the software company to create tools to make the federal student aid application process easier. So far, school administrators and officials have kept local FAFSA completion data on spreadsheets. Colin Wood reports on StateScoop.
