Shoppers at the Ginger Market on San Jose State University's campus can now buy coffee or a poke bowl without waiting in line for a cashier.

Ensuring that students have access to the internet has been of paramount importance during the pandemic, technology leaders from two universities said during an online event.

The year-long project at San Jose State University will be funded by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
