Neal Tilley

Industry Leader of the Year

With more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, Neal Tilley supports Cisco’s education customers throughout their digital transformation. Tilley leads weekly Higher Education Advisory Council open meetings, bringing over 50 institutions together to share approaches to all challenges including the pandemic and hybrid learning. He coordinated a two-day virtual conference on the future of higher education as part of this program. Tilley is an advocate for eSports and STEM in schools, and in April he brought women in eSports together to share experiences under an International Girls in ICT event that helped over 10,000 enrollments in the program globally.
