Eureka College in Illinois expands IT partnership with Apogee
Eureka College in Illinois announced on Tuesday that it will expand its five-year partnership with the technology services company Apogee to now include IT services, managed network, security, cloud and professional services through the company’s Managed Campus suite.
The expansion builds on the college’s relationship with Apogee, which began in 2019 when Eureka College opted for the company’s residential and managed network services to provide high-speed internet connectivity across campus.
“Apogee is always working behind the scenes so that our leaders, faculty, staff, and students don’t have to worry about IT,” Ann Fulop, Eureka College’s provost and vice president of academic affairs, said in a press release. “We know that Apogee is backing us up and freeing us up so that we can focus on delivering on the initiatives we have outlined in our strategic plan as well as achieving the positive outcomes that we know are possible.”
After earning its first contract with the college in 2019, the company last year assisted the college with its active directory and email migration. With the expanded partnership, Apogee will now provide Eureka College with security risk assessments, cloud backup and disaster recovery and IT service desk support.
